Playing on the classic cockney rhyming slang of being Hank Marvin (or starving hungry), the film, shot by Andy McLeod, shows how an army of teens take over the streets sporting Hank glasses, wigs and carrying red Fender guitars as they return home from school to the iconic Hank Marvin tune, Apache.
