Santa Monica-based agency RPA has promoted four employees, all currently housed in the company's creative department - Tom Hamling, now vice president and creative director; Ken Pappanduros, now creative director; and Hobart Birmingham and Perrin Anderson, both newly-appointed associate creative directors. The move marks a continued trend for the agency, which hopes to further advance its size and billings on both the west coast and its eight other locations.
