Memories are the last private pieces of ourselves that haven't been uploaded to social media—or have they?
Bigballs Films has concluded its multi-platform campaign for Capcom's New IP, Remember Me, with a trailer for the Japanese video game. The live-action trailer, released 28 May, came as the final piece to the nine-month European and North American campaign. Directed by Wayne Holloway, it explores the sequence of events that lead to the creation of a new memory technology, which begins the story of Remember Me.
Having launched in early June, Remember Me is set in 2084 Paris, where advances in technology have allowed memories to be digitised and then shared, bought, traded or erased. The multi-platform, mixed media campaign for the video game has played out on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Tumblr, as well as on an interactive journal, which reveals the story of Antoine, the memory technology’s creator.
