m ss ng p eces has announced that director Ray Tintori has joined the roster. Best known for his landmark music videos for MGMT, Chairlift and The Killers, Tintori took a break from short-form video and commercial work to be special effects unit director on 2012’s Academy Award-nominated Beasts of the Southern Wild. His short film Death to the Tinman won an Honorable Mention Short Filmmaking Award at Sundance in 2007 and played at over 80 festivals worldwide. Tintori also has written two commissioned feature-length scripts, Youth in Revolt and the narrative adaptation of cult documentary Darkon.
