In preparation for this Sunday’s (26 January) GRAMMY Awards US rapper Macklemore and producer partner Ryan Lewis preformed an importuned unplugged performance on a bus as part of this year’s Music Unleashes Us campaign. The stunt was set up and coordinated by TBWAChiatDay New York via Tools’ Georgie Stephens and edited by Cutters’ editors Chris Hafner and Jacob Kuehl.
The pair is up for seven awards at this year’s event and are due to perform during the ceremony.
The Music Unleashes Us campaign also includes four promo films; Drive, Donut Shop, Roar and Anthem, which will be appearing online, on TV and across digital and social platforms to promote the annual bash.
