What’s the best ad campaign you’ve seen recently?

Bud Light Ian Up For Whatever. Putting to one side if it was actually done for real, I just love the Hummer limo DJ. He makes me smile every time.

What website(s) do you use most regularly and why?

Probably Vimeo. Looking out for new talent and uploading my own jumping in pools with my GoPro holiday movies.

What’s the most recent piece of tech that you’ve bought and why?

BOSE headphones. They cancel out the noise!

Facebook or Twitter?

Twitter. Purely for the reaction from the masses when something big explodes.

What’s your favourite app on your phone and why?

Select a mood.. sophisticated? excited? empowering? HABU creates a playlist based on your mood based on the songs on your phone and lets you discover others you may like through iTunes.

What’s your favourite TV show and why?

House of Cards. What's not to love? David Fincher, Kevin Spacey. Superb characterisation, incredible production. It's smart. It's intense. I'm gripped.

What film do you think everyone should have seen?

The Great Beauty. “To travel is very useful, it makes the imagination work, the rest is just delusion and pain. Our journey is entirely imaginary, which is its strength.”

Where were you when inspiration last struck?

On the top of a mountain in Sir Lanka as the sun rose into the sky.

I had started the three hour trek at 2am, I was in the dark and by myself but as I climbed, I met all nationalities, local villages, 90-year-old grandmas and new born babies in their dads' arms all making their way to the top.

When the sun actually broke I was so excited it was just like Christmas and the experience left me utterly inspired to do something that counted.

What’s the most significant change you’ve witnessed in the industry since you started working in it?

Social media.

If there was one thing you could change about the advertising industry, what would it be?

I would factor in meditation breaks for everyone.

What or who has most influenced your career and why?

I made the move from graphic designer to producer. But an integral part of me was still creative. I've had the absolute pleasure of working alongside a handful of excellent creative directors.

Right from the early stages of my career to the present day. Their influence has allowed me to marry the two.

Tell us one thing about yourself that most people won’t know.

I've had dinner with Muhammad Ali.
