Kommunal: How To Get A Raise in 47 Seconds

With 80 per cent of its members being female, Sweden's biggest union Kommunal highlight the fact that women working in the country will earn €25,000 less than a man during their working lives. The ad includes a unique transformation and was created by Volontaire for International Women's Day (Saturday 8 March) calling for women to follow the example of Annelie Nordström, chairwoman of Kommunal, who features in the film.
