Two travel to Talon

Out of home agency Talon Outdoor has announced the appointment of Adrian Skelton (pictured) to the newly-created role of chief client officer. Skelton joins from a 10-year stint at agency Kinetic. In his new role, he will be responsible for building and developing client relationships. As well as Skelton, Talon has also appointed Luke Willbourn as business director on its OMD UK business. Wilbourn also joins from Kinetic where he spent 10 years working closely with Skelton and Talon managing partner, James Copley.
