London-based advertising agency 18 Feet & Rising has announced the appointment of Paul Spriggs as chief operating officer. Spriggs brings over 20 years’ experience to the new role having previously worked in senior positions at Fallon, JWT, Leo Burnett and McCann. Alongside Spriggs’ appointment the agency has also employed Graham Fowles, previously of Fallon, M&C Saatchi, and DDB London, as group strategy director reporting into strategy partner, Rob Ward.
