To a rousing drum beat, the famous statue of the Scales of Justice is framed by a royal blue arch. Set against an artificial sky, the statue flashes repeatedly from different angles. This image dissolves into yellow shape falling over a royal blue background. Cut to the camera panning down a long column with images such as pound signs until the images change to read ‘The Thatcher Audit’ across the columns.
