Global television and event production company Done+Dusted has announced the promotion of partner, Melanie Fletcher, to chief operating officer. In her new role Fletcher, who will relocate from London to Los Angeles, will be responsible for facilitating the company’s current growth and strategy initiatives, generating new brand, network and artist opportunities in the US and beyond. Managing all internal and external communications and developing the company’s new branded content arm, Blue Revolver, she will report directly into CEO Simon Pizey, president Ian Stewart and creative director Hamish Hamilton.
