SCOUTS South Africa has launched a new campaign highlighting the importance of learning to save a life at a young age with this unnerving film created through not norm Cape Town.
Directed by Velocity's Gregg Bailey, the spot takes us to the beach where a girl, having lost consciousness at sea, is being brought back to life by a child of a similar age. After a few seconds she wakes before the visuals reveal that, in fact, it is a older man doing the saving placing the skills as an lifelong investment.
