powered byGoogle has simplified its iconic logo to a sans serif font but retained the original four primary colours.
Recognising that its users are increasingly accessing the platform across different mediums and devices, Google wanted to update the logo so that it can be easily read on all screens.
Even the little blue G icon (below left) has been modified and upgraded it to a four-coloured to match the new logo.
The team have also created four dots each in different colours to represent the brand.
According to Google blog, the team have taken the best of all the Google logos and created a simple, uncluttered, colourful and friendly brand – but it is still subject to change in the future.
The above video shows the changing faces of Google.
