R&R Partners adds two

R&R Partners has announced the addition of Jeff Zimm and Lou Flores to two of its US offices.

Zimm has joined Las Vegas base as design director, providing inspiration and oversight to creative teams across the agency. He joins R&R from TPN Dallas where he was VP, executive creative director, having managed teams responsible for Sears/Kmart, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and most recently, 7-Eleven, scoring two Cannes silver Lions for the 7-Election campaign.

Meanwhile, Flores joins R&R Partners as creative director, Phoenix, responsible for the overall creative output of the agency. He joins R&R most recently from Cramer-Krasselt in Milwaukee, where he served as VP, creative director on Ski-Doo, Broan, and Gumout. Over the past decade, he has honed his creative eye in both staff and freelance positions for such firms as GSD&M, Leo Burnett Worldwide, BBDO, JWT and more.
