London-based global communications agency Way To Blue (WTB) has acquired UK- and Australia-based digital creative agency The Project Factory (TPF).

The acquisition will increase WTB’s social and digital teams and expand opportunities in Australia, while also providing the team with new sectors to work in, such as healthcare. The agency is known for its work on Downtown Abbey, while TPF has worked with the likes of Sony Pictures, Gogglebox and the BBC. The two agencies will merge both the London and Sydney offices, however they will retain their own branding and identities. Although TPF’s founding directors Guy Gadney and Annette Parry have stepped down.
