Havas Creative Group has hired Nicola Forristal as UK head of newly-created division People.
Forristal will be responsible for leading and developing talent at Havas once she starts in early 2016. She is currently director of human resources at BBH, where she has been for 12 years.
Forristal will report to European/UK CEO Chris Hirst, who is in the process of hiring a new senior leadership team. Other recruits include ECDs Ben Mooge and Andy Sandoz, Mark Sinnock as European/UK CSO, Tracy Barber as UK CMO, Paul Ward as group head of operations and Mark Whelan as CCO.
