New Year Resolutions are Here to Stay with W+K

It’s early days and we’re still hopeful. New Year’s resolutions have not yet been broken and we’ve got a slight spring in our step as we’ve slept, we’ve partied and we’ve eaten our way through the Christmas season.

This time of year is rife with renewed optimism as everyone maps out their plans, hopes and dreams for 2016.

If you’ve vowed that this year will be your best yet, Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam together with accommodation provider Booking.com promises to help… by encouraging people to fulfil their New Year’s resolutions.

Introducing the Resolution Translator, an interactive mobile service that offers a series of suitable holidays and travel destinations aligned with your resolutions.

The platform, created in partnership with StinkDigital, requires you to type in your plans for the New Year which will then generate various ways to realise it.

“Resolutions are okay. Reservations are fantastic,” says W+K creative director Genevieve Hoey. “The Resolution Translator takes the magic of the former and adds it to the latter. It makes bettering yourself better by combining it with travel.”
