Publicis promotes Carla Serrano

New York-based Publicis Worldwide has announced the promotion of chief strategy officer Carla Serrano to CEO, New York. In her new role Serrano, who has been with the agency since 2014, will report to North America CEO Andrew Bruce. Throughout Serrano’s career, she has assumed a combination of strategic leadership and agency management roles. Before arriving at Publicis, she held positions such as CEO of Naked NA, CSO at TBWAChiatDay NY and president of Berlin Cameron and Partners.
