International advertising agency network DDB Worldwide has announced the addition of three new executive creative directors in the New York office.

Forming the new creative leadership will be Hannah Fishman (pictured, left), who has been elevated from group creative director, and new additions Cam Hoelter (pictured, centre) and Cheryl Horsfall (pictured, right).

Fishman joined DDB New York in January 2015. She has served as global group creative director on Johnson & Johnson beauty brands such as Clean&Clear.

Hoelter joins the New York team from DDB Sydney where he was the multi-award winning deputy ECD working on many of the agency’s largest clients including McDonald’s and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

Horsfall has been added to lead Merck following a 10-year stint at Digitas Health. Her experience covers a wide breadth of consumer markets and clients, including IBM, The New York Times, Chantix, Eliquis and Sculptra Aesthetic.
