London-based advertising agency, BMB, has announced the appointment of former Engine creative director, Jules Chalkley, as chief creative officer. At Engine, Chalkley leads the creative output across the group’s government business and works closely with WCRS on accounts including Royal Navy. Prior to Engine he spent time at RKCR/Y&R on campaigns for clients including Land Rover, Marks & Spencer, Vodafone and the BBC’s coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
