Ugarow moves up at Glassworks

London post production studio, Glassworks, has appointed Aleks Ugarow as managing director. Ugarow has been heading the company’s Smoke department for the past eight years during which he has built a hugely loyal client base. In his new role Ugarow will work to further promote the talents of the VFX post production boutique.
