New York-based advertising agency Walrus has promoted two of its senior members to newly-expanded roles. Paula Beer Levine has been elevated from head of account management to managing director. In her new role, she will retain her oversight of the account department and all client accounts, but she will also become responsible for setting the direction for client services, promoting collaboration across teams and recruiting talent. Valerie Hope, who was previously head of integrated production, has become director of integrated production and creative services. She will continue to lead the agency’s production department and direct the production of creative campaigns across all media. She will also oversee all creative services involved in campaign development, ensuring seamless collaboration between Walrus’ creative department and all outside services.
