Los Angeles-based production company Joinery has signed Carole Denis, Diana Kunst and Gracie Otto (pictured L-R) to its roster.
French filmmaker Carole Denis, known for weaving magical realism and captivating storylines into her work, has produced films for fashion and beauty brands as well as electronics and retail, having worked for a range of clients including Maybelline, Nina Ricci and Bang & Olufsen.
Spanish director Diana Kunst first attracted the industry to her aged just 19, due to the release of her fashion films. She has since won multiple awards, including a silver Cannes Lion. She was initially a photographer, which is evident through her use of lighting, framing and composition in her work. Kunst has worked with Gucci, U.S. Polo and Le Chatueau in the past.
Australian filmmaker, writer, editor and actress, Gracie Otto, first captured the attention of international audiences following the release of her feature-length directing debut in 2013, documentary The Last Impresario about producer Michael White. Otto is well-suited to the fashion and beauty film genre, thanks to her clear vision, and has worked with celebrities like Miranda Kerr, Elle Fanning and Selena Gomez. She has created ads for Westfield and Sony among others.
