Above+Beyond have bolstered their strategy and design departments with three new hires.

For their strategy team, the agency have brought in Tony Steinberg, previously of Vertu (Vice magazine’s creative agency), as strategist, where he will focus on ‘developing branded content strategies’ according to a press release. Also joining him will be Ipar L’Aimable, who will be taking on the role of senior content creative. He joins from Hogarth Worldwide.

Meanwhile, taking over as design lead is Greg Beer after work at W+K, M&C Saatchi and TBWA. He has also art directed urban arts magazine VeryNearly Almost for a decade.
