New York-based creative content studio, The Collective @ LAIR, has appointed CD/director Chris Dealy as partner. Dealy joins the company following a career as vice president and senior copywriter at McCann Erickson, as well as ECD at JWT. During his career, he has worked with brands including Häagen-Dazs, Mastercard, ION TV, Royal Caribbean, Kleenex, and Nestlé’s Stouffer’s, Tollhouse and Outshine brands.
