See It Be It

Since its inception in 2014, the See It Be It programme has addressed the industry’s gender imbalance among middle and senior-level creatives by inviting international women to become special festival guests and experience the best of Cannes Lions.

“They will be exposed to the best inspiration Cannes Lions has to offer, with exclusive mentoring sessions, workshops and a programme of events designed to extend and enhance their network,” says the festival’s executive director & executive lead, See It Be It, Louise Benson.

The aim of the programme is to create a strong global community of women who can become role models for future generations in advertising.
