From the launch of a new female creative showcase to an array of thought-provoking panel discussions in the Palais, Cannes Lions 2017 has been putting gender equality front and centre of the agenda.

Thursday 22 June saw another wave of female empowerment on the Croisette as Omniwomen - the global initiative dedicated to championing female talent within Omnicom - celebrated its inaugural gathering on the Croisette.

 

 

Bringing together over a hundred women from across the group for networking and mentoring, the event also saw some of Omnicom's most influential women execs and creative leaders - including AMV's newly anointed Dame Cilla Snowball - share their experience and advice on female leadership and diversity in two exclusive videos for shots, top and below.
