San Francisco-based agency MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER has appointed Paul Stechschulte as ECD (pictured left), Tanya LeSieur (pictured, centre) as head of production and Katie Ramp to director of talent.

Stechschulte will report into agency founder/CCO John Matejczyk about the day-to-day management of the office. He arrives from Airbnb where he was a creative director, although he’s also held creative roles at agencies like Arnold Amsterdam, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Wieden + Kennedy.

LeSieur will be responsible for overseeing production of all the agency’s clients, like Audi, and AAA. She joins from TBWAChiatDay, where she was CPO, however she also led production departments at Saatchi & Saatchi in LA and New York. She fills the role left vacant by Michelle Spear Nicholson and will also report into Matejczyk.

Ramp assumes a newly-created role at the agency. She arrives from Heat, where she was a recruiter and an ambassador for the advertising community. She will be responsible for recruiting across all departments at MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER.
