San Diego and New York-based award-winning music house Singing Serpent has announced the appointment of Jon Spencer as executive producer. Spencer joins the company from Black Iris Music where he oversaw operations for all East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest accounts including Xbox, Stella Artois, Toyota and Geico. Spencer joins the company as it expands with the opening of a new Richmond office, which he will lead.
