The Mill LA has hired Mike Scarcella as its new Head of Operations.
Scarcella will be responsible for managing the organization and efficiency of the business’ artistic and technical offering. He joins from The Mill’s New York studio, where he was operations manager for five years and oversaw the utilization of 2D, CG and design resources and Editorial departments. Before this, he was a creative resource manager and producer for the post house.
