New York agency Y&R has welcomed Yusuf Chuku (pictured right) through its doors as Chief Strategy Officer of North America. He will serve as CCO Leslie Sim’s strategic partner.
In this role, Chuku will be responsible for overseeing strategy for the agency’s clients like ANA, Dell and Xerox, among others as well advancing the agency’s in-house programs like eXploring.
Chuku brings a host of experience with him, having held previous positions as EVP, Head of Planning at McCann New York; CSO at Cheil New York; Head of Strategic Services at McKinney New York; and Global Planning Director at JWT New York. He has also worked across the UK and the US markets, producing work for global clients such as Pepsi-Co, Verizon and Samsung.
