The integrated production arn of The Mill, Mill+, has welcomed EP Dougal Meese (above, right) and producer Adam Farley to its London office, expanding the roster to 35 people. 

Meese has been in the industry for almost two decades, having begun his career at Propaganda Films followed by Independent Films. He's worked on over 100 commercials and promos, gaining experience with renowned directors like Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu and Guy Ritchie and working for leading brands like Honda, Louis Vuitton and MAC. Meese has also produced on feature films, such as Daniel Wolfe's Catch Me Daddy.

Farley on the other hand has enjoyed almost 15 years in adland, holding key posts in production companies such as Pulse and Partizan. He's also repped directorial talent and produced high-profile commercials and promos for the likes of Jorja Smith, Alt J, Zayn Malik and Maverick Sabre and worked with reputed brands like Dior, Samsung and Lacoste.
