PENNY supermarket brings bucolic countryside scenes to the heart of a city in this whimsical, wonder-filled spot directed by Martin Aamund.
Bearing a strong resemblance to Strongbow's 2017 spot, the campaign, created by Serviceplan Campaign, is fronted by German musician Nena. Arriving by train in a fantastical city, she is guided by a tiny hummingbird into an urban oasis, where the streets are filled with flowers, giant pumpkin houses sit cheek-by-jowl with overgrown apartment blocks, and green-fingered neighbours harvest the carrots sprouting through their ceilings.
