Spotlight on Creative Editing

17 May 2007

On a starlit night in the windy city, the television advertising and commercial production industry sets its sights on Chicago, and the Sixth Annual Association of Independent Creative Editors (AICE) show.

Held in the picturesque Grand Ballroom on Navy Pier, the best of North American editorial was on display as the winners of the various AICE categories were announced in a very tasteful and elegant ceremony.

Some of the night’s big winners included Outside Editorial and Neil Gust, who’s Jaguar XKR Launch won for Best of New York and Best Montage, both of which were graciously accepted by executive producer Sila Soyer. Other winners included  Carlos Lowenstein of Cutters, who’s Hallmark Taxi won both Dialogue as well as Best of Chicago and Rick Russell of Final Cut who’s Sony spots titled, Baby, Egg, and Rubik, won for Best National Campaign.

Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners on a phenomenal overall body of work!

I would like to extend a special thank you to the AICE for allowing SourceEcreative to be a part of such a great evening.
