Bloomquist is an award-winning director who takes comedy to the next level, always beautifully shot with dramatic performances coupled with amusing twists.
Bloomquist loves to fully immerse himself in the whole development process of his unique cinematic comedies. His compelling storytelling stems from his background working in animation, by drawing his own storyboards he really knows how to bring every shot to life on screen.
He gravitated towards advertising and began to focus on his narrative skills, working as a copywriter and making short films on the side. Bloomquist found himself drawn to the world of comedy improv, an important aspect and undertone of his work that Curate loves.
