Cricket Wireless is approaching the holiday season with a blizzard of offerings to help customers stress less and smile more.

Working with creative agency Argonaut, Cricket created three new spots for its Holiday 2021 campaign, highlighting the seemingly endless benefits of its $60 unlimited plan, a free 5G phone for switchers, and the dynamic speed of its 5G network.

In the films, animated Cricket mascots like Dusty, Lucy, Miles and Dante are seen in various “winter wonderland” scenarios, such as a hilltop where Miles and Mia ride a speed sled and are rocketed into space, mirroring the speed of Cricket 5G. The characters are also seen in festive scenes with customers excited about everything included in Cricket’s $60 unlimited plan, including nationwide 5G, HBO Max, a one-year membership to Sam’s Club, and so much more. As the spots proclaim, it’s “Everything you wished for. Including the price.”

“There’s an across-the-board joy to Cricket’s unlimited plan, and we wanted to merge its trademark characters and customers to illustrate that,” said Hunter Hindman, CCO of Argonaut. He added that the agency sought out fun ways to celebrate the Cricket plan’s unexpected perks, like the HBO Max subscription and a free year with Sam’s Club. “These are the kind of rewards that warrant making snow angels in a pile of packing peanuts.”

“This year, while spotlighting the speed of our new 5G network, we really wanted our $60 unlimited plan to feel like a big gift bag for our consumers, and one that keeps on giving,” said Cindy Rozier, Assistant VP of Marketing, Brand, Advertising & Sponsorships at Cricket Wireless. “Argonaut understood that, and worked seamlessly with us to craft a joyful campaign that has Cricket’s easy, affordable, high-quality wireless experience at its core.”
