Comedy/Dialogue Director Tom Feiler Joins Code Film

Director Tom Feiler, known for his comedy, dialogue and performance work, has signed with Toronto's Code Film for Canadian representation. Feiler. He's shot for clients such as Bell, Toyota, Walmart, McCain Foods and Royal Bank, among others, and his work has been recognized at The One Show, Cannes Lions, Canadian Marketing, ACDC and other competitions.
His reel includes spots like "First Kiss," a food allergy PSA from boutique agency Zulu Alpha Kilo. Other notable Feiler funnies include a comic campaign for Elmer's Glue touting its glue-removing product, which one can imagine has all sorts of uses (see "Stuck on You" and "Carpet Store"), and a campaign for Little Trees air fresheners in which a young woman introduces her boyfriend to her father and the beau turns out to be a giant, stinking foot (see "Bedroom" and "Moving In"). In addition, he's shot for Canadian Tire, the Vancouver Film Festival and MTV Canada.
A master of the quirky performance, Feiler's spots are studies in clever nuance, says Code Film EP Thomas Rickert. "Tom has a great understanding of subtle humor and an ability to get the best from talent," he notes.
