The new film is created by Publicis Conseil and the film sees a European boy and Asian girl meet at an airport on Christmas Eve when their flights are delayed by a snowstorm. Despite a language barrier, they bond over their phones, looking at funny GIFs together and laughing over videos of Santa. When her flight is finally called, he looks devastated-- but she's left him with a non-digital memento for getting in touch digitally.

The ad, directed by Samir Mallal at Carnibird, is running on TV in France and will be accompanied by online mini-installments where we find out more about the characters.
