Believe Media announce that Shayda Hahn has joined the company as Head of Business Development. 

A seasoned creative executive with a deep passion for fostering meaningful relationships between talent, agencies, and brands, Hahn will focus on agency partnerships on the West Coast and global direct-to-brand opportunities.

Having previously represented Believe through Simpatico West Coast, Hahn brings an insider’s perspective and an innate understanding of the company’s ethos. “Shayda is a tastemaker with an impressive background in both music and film,” says Believe Media’s Liz Silver. “Her instinct for creative matchmaking and her commitment to elevating talent make her a natural fit for the Believe team.”

Hahn began her career in the music industry, working at top record labels and publishers including Universal Music Group, where she secured placements for songs in commercials, film, and television. She also spent five years freelancing for Goldenvoice, producing real-time content for iconic music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach, Camp Flog Gnaw, and FYF.

Her dynamic experience across music and film, combined with a holistic and artist-forward approach to sales, led to a standout tenure at Simpatico, where she excelled as West Coast Representative. Now officially in-house at Believe, she’s perfectly positioned to expand creative opportunities for the company’s directors and strengthen relationships across the industry.
