Creative studio Strange Beast has signed animation director and illustrator Alexandre Nart for UK and US representation.
Born in Bordeaux and now based in Paris, Nart is a director, illustrator and animator with a playful touch and a retro sense of style. Inspired by the 80’s cartoons he watched when he was younger, his work is filled with humour and vibrant, kinetic energy.
Nart likes the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Phil Collins, karaoke and bowling. He does not like red wine, administrative papers or the accordion. He has created retro and comedic animations for music festivals, imaginary 80s TV shows and clients including MTV, Pitchfork and the BBC.
