For the launch of A Tour Of The Future on Canal+, the agency BETC and online food delivery service Deliveroo teamed up with Quad Group’s new food department Where is Brian?, to capture what our plates my look like in the year 2050. The film features molecular gastronomy whiz and Michelin Star chef Thierry Marx with fluid and witty direction by Mathilde de l’Ecotais.

This unique culinary journey walks you through three dishes consisting of sardines suspended in a cube of olive oil, locusts with gold flakes, cutlets made of chard, and a cryoconcentrated grape cocktail. Bon appétit!
