The Mill Grows Production Team With New Head Of Operations Mike Scarcella

The Mill announced the appointment of Mike Scarcella as Head of Operations in the Los Angeles studio. In his new role, Mike will be responsible for managing the organization and efficiency of The Mill’s artistic and technical resources as the business continues to respond to increasing industry demand.

Mike joins The Mill Los Angeles after five years at the New York studio where he successfully oversaw the utilization of resources across the 2D, CG, Design, and Editorial departments as Operations Manager. Prior to that, he served as Creative Resource Manager and Producer for The Mill’s visual effects, design and beauty projects.
