Three Wise Monkeys Signs Immersive Animation Director, Tomas Vergara

Building on one of the UK’s most impressive animation rosters, Three Wise Monkeys announces the signing of Chilean animation director Tomas Vergara.

A self-taught animation artist, designer and director, Vergara’s recent short film ISOLATED is a high-tempo animated journey through a city on the brink of destruction. Chilling and graphic, the film adopts a hyper-real aesthetic that provides an intense and immersive experience of a world on the edge of an acopolypse. The impressive five minute film is a Vimeo Staff Pick delivering full-blown tension that draws the audience into the unfolding on-screen drama.

Chilean born and Santiago based, Vergara’s experience lies across the film and advertising industries generating computer graphics imagery that pushes the boundaries of imagination and budget standards. Working through his own boutique shop, Peak Pictures, in Santiago and now exclusively with Three Wise Monkeys in the UK.
