U.F.O. Joins Not to Scale in UK

UFO directed this spot for MTV Classic titled "Hip Hop."Not To Scale has signed directing collective U.F.O. (Unorthodox Film Organisation) for U.K. and wider representation. U.F.O. has built a reputation for their innovative film making that moves across live-action, animation, VFX and other hybrid forms.

They directed a promo for the English pop group La Roux’s 2009 hit “Bulletproof” and have also just finished working on five broadcast ID promos for MTV’s Classic channel re-brand, as well as co-directing a racy animated clip for the French recording artist Sebastien Tellier’s “Look.”

Says Not To Scale’s founder and Executive Producer Dan O’Rourke,“ It’s rare to come across a collective with such stand out potential across every possible creative discipline, with Paris now being a short hop from London these days, I’m certain U.F.O. will be getting better acquainted with the Eurostar before too long”.

Previously with The Ebeling Group, U.F.O. joins a diverse international roster at Not to Scale, which has just moved into a new studio.

Given their sense of design, U.F.O’s Producer Guillaume Marien says “the ideal method of operation for us would see the diverse skill-sets within U.F.O. become intimately involved from concept development to final delivery, distinctly blending traditional media with new and thus creating a visual alchemy for our collective strengths.”

Previous U.F.O. projects have been completed for Radio Nova, Lacoste and Asics.  They've
also worked with such agencies as Fallon, BBDO and Young & Rubicam, and for such music labels as Sony BMG and Universal.
