It's not often that the audio of a film is the first thing that strikes the visual-centric editorial team at shots, but the soundscape created in this thrilling spot from VML Dubai was enough to stop us in our tracks (double pun intended).
Created to promote stc Group's sponsorship of the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Limitless Drive thrusts its protagonist, and viewers, firmly into top gear with a peculiar portal to the course; Camouflage Productions director Mark Jenkinson creating a clear narrative line.
Whilst kudos should certainly go towards Jenkinson for realising the idea, the aforementioned score and mix by Aurélien Rubod through LA-based outfit Bleue is what ties the vision together; immersing the audience in a sonic environment that sells the concept perfectly.
