Zendesk sends Many Happy Returns

Slash Dynamic director Kiran Koshy teamed up with The Brooklyn Brothers to direct their latest comedic holiday-themed spot for Zendesk.

As the holidays come to a close each year, countless individuals must figure out what to do with gifts they’ve received that were unwanted, not quite right, awkward, awful, ill-fitting or just not you. Luckily with Zendesk, a champion of customer service designed to improve customer relationships through its user-friendly & innovative software, users can return items discretely and with ease, as depicted in this hilarious new campaign.

This spot was a dream project for Slash Dynamic's Kiran, as he was able to utilize his background as a former art director in order to curate some of the wackiest gifts around and the stories and design behind each vignette – who knew a fanny pack with a hairy stomach on it was a real thing. It was a very close collaboration between the agency, client and production company from development through production, with amazing synergy throughout the process.
