Jeremy McWilliams joins New Moon; New signings at Draw Pictures; Kramer joins triggerhappyproductions; Mitchell joint executive creative director at JWT Japan; and more...

Jeremy McWilliams has joined London production company New Moon as executive producer. McWilliams founded Mustard in London in 1999 and since leaving in 2004 has been freelancing at @radical.media. "This appointment forms part of New Moon's continuing expansion which will strengthen our three core areas - commercials, corporate film and broadcast," said New Moon MD Caroline Rowland. "We are so pleased that Jeremy has decided to come and join us."

London-based production company Draw Pictures has signed three new young directors, Lee Lennox, Shelly Love, and Good Times. Lennox has recently shot a promo for Tenderfoot, while duo Good Times has shot videos for acts including the Coral, the Zutons, Ladytron and Kling Klang. Director Johan Kramer, formerly of KesselsKramer, has signed to triggerhappyproductions in Berlin for exclusive representation in Germany. Kramer continues to be repped by Chelsea Pictures in the US and SmallFamilyBusiness in the UK.

Australian creative director Chris Mitchell has joined JWT in Japan as joint executive creative director. Mitchell joins from Batey/Red Cell in Singapore and will work alongside existing executive creative director Koichi Ito and chief executive officer and area director Ambar Brahmachary.

Dan Morales has joined Taxi New York as creative director. Morales joins the ad agency from Cliff Freeman & Partners New York where he was VP creative director and developed campaigns for Snapple, Fox Sports and Ben & Jerry's amongst others.

Anna Smith has joined Flynn Productions in London as producer. Smith will produce all music TVCs, radio commercials, DVD projects and TV idents.

Eileen Doherty has joined design-animation shop Stardust as executive producer on the West Coast. Formerly a writer/producer at MTV, Doherty had been working with Stardust on a freelance basis prior to the hire.
