Moves this week at HHCL United, Clemmow Hornby Inge, Kaboom, Prodigy and 2AM
London agency HHCL United has moved to a new building just around the corner from shots after 16 years at their Kent House premises. Their new address is The Griffin Building, 83 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5AR.
Ewan Paterson, creative director at BBH, is leaving the agency at the end of the year to join Clemmow Hornby Inge as executive creative director. Paterson had worked on Boddingtons, Castlemaine XXXX and Flora while at BBH.
San Francisco based production company Kaboom, has signed directing duo Sausage. Former Foote, Cone and Belding San Francisco creatives John Benson and Ward Evans worked on Levi's, MTV, Sega and Nike, before deciding to move behind the camera at the now closed Valiant. They have recently completed a spot for Microsoft and are currently helming spots for Slingbox through agency Hub Strategy in San Francisco and Microsoft Media Center through McCann-Erickson San Francisco.
Prodigy in Australia has signed director Mike Reihana for Australian and New Zealand representation. New Zealander Reihana worked as an assistantdirector on music videos for P Diddy, Big Daddy Kane and Missy Elliot, while atSpike Lee's production company 40 Acres and a Mule in New York. His directorial debut was short filmLitle Gold Cowboy in 2002 which toured at festivals worldwide, and he has since also worked with promo production company Fish n Chips, a division of Flying Fish in New Zealand on promos for local artists. Reihana is currently working on his second feature, Pleasant Concrete.
Photographer David Loftus has signed to 2AM Films. His photographic credits include Jamie Oliver's Jamie's Italy, Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray's River Cafe Two Easy. He also snapped India Hick's Island Life featured in this month's Tatler magazine.He has just recently directed a series of idents for Sainsbury's through AMV BBDO.
