Creative team Adam Chiappe and Matt Saunby are heading to Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO from TBWA London.

The twosome, who go by the name Adam and Saunby, will start at the agency as senior creatives. "It's a place we've always wanted to go. We'd met Paul Brazier [executive creative director at AMV BBDO] before and he's always been quite good to us, but the timing had never quite worked out. We were going to go somewhere else but we thought - hang on, best give Brazier a call," explained Saunby. A few meetings later and the deal was sealed.

"It's a really button-down place - the way they win new business, they just seem really professional. I think there's a lot of creative opportunity there," he added.

The pair quit TBWA after two years at the agency. It recently announced a restructure of its creative department and the team were, for various reasons, ready to move on.

Adam and Saunby have worked together for 13 years. In that time they've won three gold and three silver Lions at Cannes. They've amassed such a large body of work that the pair have launched a website showcasing it. "We were quite interested in showing all of our work. You can't have a reel because that's too fiddly, and no one wants to sit down and watch an hour of commercials. So we just thought that we'd do a website instead," Saunby explained.

Their most recent work is the Nissan Qashqai Car Games campaign, a viral campaign that sees people around the world performing the kind of improbable automotive stunts that would make Johnny Knoxville weep. They are still putting the finishing touches to the campaign before leaving TBWA.
