Moves this week at Bikini; Sparks; Park Pictures; Cohn + Company; Gartner; Red Bee Media; MRM Worldwide; Blast Radius; zig; Prime Focus London; Perception; and Rhinofx.

Bikini Films signs director Martha Fiennes. As well as directing commercials for clients such Archers and Yardley, Fiennes has also directed two feature films, including Chromophobia which starred Penelope Cruz, Rhys Ifans and Damian Lewis. If the name sounds familiar, that's because she counts actors Ralph and Joseph among her famous siblings.

Toronto-based production company Sparks has a hat trick of new signings to kick off the New Year. They include comedy dialogue director Don Rase, BTAA and Cannes winner Simon Cheek, who is rejoining the company, and Sarah Riley, who joins as a director's agent.

Bicoastal production house Park Pictures signs Michel Black Waxman for exclusive West Coast representation in the US. Waxman joins Park from her LA-based MBW Represents, where she was for five years.

Director Jim Manera signs with Cohn + Company. Manera, who started off as a copywriter at Leo Burnett, has directed everything from TV shows such as Nash Bridges to second unit directing for Indecent Proposal. Commercial work includes spots for Honda and Samsung.

Director Marcel Langenegger joins Gartner for exclusive US spot representation. He returns to commercials following the 2008 release of his feature debut, Deception, a thriller starring Hugh Jackman, Ewan McGregor. Prior to joining Gartner, Langenegger was repped by Biscuit and A Band Apart.

Red Bee Media appoints Bill Patrizio as its new CEO. He replaces Pam Masters and his new role will be to develop Red Bee Media's UK and international business. He joins from Technicolor Network Services where he was the company's president.

David Shearer joins MRM Worldwide's San Francisco office, where he takes on the role of executive creative director.

Former Publicis Modem executive creative director Chip Reingold joins Blast Radius as global chief creative officer.

Creative director Stephen Leps is relocating from the Toronto office of creative agency zig to their Chicago office. He will be replacing outgoing creative director Kevin Lynch.

Post house Prime Focus London hires Beth Vander as head of production. Vander joins the Prime Focus family from The Mill, where she was senior producer for two years. She will be overseeing all commercials projects as well as helping with sales and business development.

New York post house Perception hires Cary Flaum as managing director. Flaum has been working in commercials post production for ten years. Most recently he was head of production at Smoke & Mirrors New York.

Rhinofx signs flame artist and vfx supervisor Kevin Quinlan. Quinlan brings nearly 15 years of experience to the team and prior to joining Rhinofx worked at Creative Bubble, Click 3X, and Charlex.
